What sizes are available?

Table tents can be made in any size up to 25” (measured flat and unfolded), based on your dieline.

What paper stocks are available?

We offer a variety of materials for table tents. Our most popular are:

• 100% PCW Uncoated Paper
  • Smooth, dull, and white surface
• 10% PCW Recycled Coated Paper
  • Smooth, sleek, and white surface
• 50% PCW Recycled Kraft Board
  • Textured, dull, and brown surface

Can I print double-sided table tents?

Of course! We can print on both sides of your restaurant table tent or table tent cards so that your customers or event attendees can see the information from either side.

Can I add a coating or laminate to my table tents?

If you choose a coated paper (like silk or gloss), we can add a soft touch coating. Soft touch coating creates a velvety texture and matte appearance. Unfortunately, we cannot laminate table tents due to their folds.

What is the minimum order quantity?

We do not have any set maximum or minimum quantities for table tents. Let us know what you need and we’ll find a way to make it work!

How are table tents assembled?

Table tents feature closures with no adhesives. Similar to our compostable packaging sleeves, the closing mechanism is an interlocking tab on the bottom panel of the tent. This mechanism can easily be opened and closed for reuse or composting. Closure options with adhesives are also an option! These can be ordered through a custom quote request.

Will I get a proof for my table tents before production begins?

Yes! We will send you up to two free digital (soft) proofs before production begins. Extra soft proofs and physical hard proofs can be ordered for an extra cost. For more information about proofs, please review our Proofing Options page.

What are table tents?

A table tent is a printed and folded piece of paper that can stand on its own. They display important information for people sitting at the table. They are great for restaurants displaying advertising specials or promotions. Table tents are also common at seated events to display table numbers and names. We also offer a variety of other event materials, including custom posters, invitations, and programs.

How are table tents shipped?

Table tents are either shipped flat or folded in half depending on your chosen size and paper material. We do not ship them preassembled in order to reduce your shipping costs.
