Letterhead Printing FAQs

What sizes are available?

Our standard letterheads are 8.5” x 11”. This is a perfect size for most desktop and office printers. If you need a different size, please submit a custom quote request.

What paper stocks and weights are available?

Our standard letterheads use 70# Uncoated Text. This paper has a slightly thicker, more luxurious feel than typical office printer paper, but it will still easily run through your home or office printer.

Can letterheads be printed double-sided?

Of course! We can print one or both side in full color or black and white.

What should I include in my letterhead design?

What you include in your letterhead is completely up to you and your business needs. Common information includes the business name, logo, and contact info like address, email, and phone number.

What’s the minimum order quantity?

We do not have a minimum or maximum order quantity! You can order as many or as few letterheads as you need.

Do envelopes come with my letterheads?

Envelopes are not included by default but can be added for an additional cost. You can completely customize your envelopes to match your letterheads or brand. We offer envelopes that match most common sizes. Most letterheads will fit perfectly in a #10 envelope. We can also provide variable data printing for addresses or names, kitting services, and mailing services.

Do you offer a letterhead stock that matches a business card and envelope stock?

Our envelopes are also made from 70# uncoated paper, so by default, your letterheads and envelopes will match. We cannot change the envelope paper, and it may be too thin for business cards. If you are interested in letterheads and business cards printed on the same paper, please submit a custom quote request. Other products, like notepads, cards, and booklets, can also be made with matching paper.

Do you offer letterhead templates?

Yes! Please visit our templates page for our letterhead templates.

Can I order second sheets?

Absolutely! Second sheets are blank pages or a minimized letterhead design that follows the original letterhead. These sheets are used to print the entirety of the document that is started with the letterhead. Using second sheets ensures a consistent paper feel throughout a multi-page document. Please submit an extra letterhead order or a custom quote request to learn more about second sheets.

Will printing on the front show through to the back?

Dark colors may show through the paper slightly due to its thickness. This can be especially apparent if the paper is held up to a light. It does not hinder reading or printing.

Once I receive my letterheads, can I run them through my home or office printer?

Yes! Both the paper and ink we use should hold up in any home or office printer, including inkjet and laser printers.
