Packaging Sleeve Printing FAQs

Are there limits on the sizes my packaging sleeve can be?

We know that every product is a unique size and requires unique packaging. This is why we do not have any size limits on packaging sleeves! Your belly band can be as large or as small as needed. Our product page allows you to choose a width between 2 and 4 inches and a height between 8 and 17 inches. If the size you need falls outside of these ranges, please submit a custom quote request.

Is there a minimum or maximum quantity for packaging sleeves?

No! You can order any quantity of packaging sleeves you need. As you order more, the price per sleeve drops. Large quantities may take longer to produce.

What paper stocks are available?

We offer a variety of materials for packaging sleeves. Our most popular are:

• 100% PCW Uncoated Paper
  • Smooth, dull, and white surface
• 10% PCW Recycled Coated Paper
  • Smooth, sleek, and white surface
• 50% PCW Recycled Kraft Board
  • Textured, dull, and brown surface

Can I print on the inside of my belly bands?

Yes! You can print on one or both sides in full color or just black. Adding printed designs to the interior of your packaging can be a fun surprise that makes your packaging more appealing.

What coatings are available?

If you choose a coated paper (like silk or gloss), we can add a soft touch coating. Soft touch coating creates a velvety texture and matte appearance.

What packaging sleeve shipping options are there?

For all product packaging sleeves, you have a few options for how they are shipped and assembled. We can ship them to you flat so you can fold and secure them yourself. This is the best option for saving on space and shipping. We can also ship them to you folded or folded with adhesive to make packaging fast and easy.

What packaging sleeve closure options are there?

We offer a few different closure options: pre-glued (left), Kleenstick sticky tape (middle), and interlocking tab and slot (right). Our pre-glued closure arrives already sealed, meaning all you have to do is slide the band over your products. Our Kleenstick sticky tape is extremely easy to use and creates a durable seal. Our interlocking tab and slot closure is the most eco-friendly option. It uses no adhesives, meaning it is completely compostable.

Will I get a proof of my packaging sleeves before printing begins?

Yes! We will send you up to two free digital (soft) proofs before production begins. Extra soft proofs and physical hard proofs can be ordered for an extra cost. For more information about proofs, please review our Proofing Options page.

Can I add cutouts to my packaging sleeve? Can I add a plastic covering to these cutouts?

Yes! We can create die-cut packaging sleeves in any shape you need, including the addition of die-cut windows and cutouts. Unfortunately, we cannot add a plastic covering to these cutouts. All windows will open directly to the product or box underneath.

What is the turnaround time for custom packaging sleeves?

You can choose what turnaround you would like when submitting your order. We currently offer turnaround times between 1 and 7 days. For urgent orders, please reach out to our customer service team.

Are your packaging sleeves FDA-approved and food safe?

Unfortunately, the only food-safe packaging we offer is our eco-friendly cello bags. Our packaging sleeves are not FDA-approved food-safe. You can still use our food product sleeves for additional outer packaging for your food products.
