Pocket Folder Printing FAQs

What sizes are available?

We currently offer 9” x 12” (measured folded) folders.  Please submit a custom quote request to inquire about other sizes.

What paper stocks and weights are available?

We offer a variety of materials for pocket folders. Our most popular are:

• 100% PCW Uncoated Paper
  • Smooth, dull, and white surface
• 10% PCW Recycled Coated Paper
  • Smooth, sleek, and white surface
• 50% PCW Recycled Kraft Board
  • Textured, dull, and brown surface

Can you print on the inside of my folders?

Yes! We can print custom designs on all areas of your folder including the front, back, inside, and pockets. This is perfect for adding extra information and decoration for custom school folders and real estate folders.

Can I add a coating to my folders? Embossing?

If you choose a coated paper (like silk or gloss), we can add a soft touch coating. Soft touch coating creates a velvety texture and matte appearance. Embossing can be added to any folder. Embossed designs can look particularly stunning on our kraft folders.

Do pocket folders come with business card slits?

You get to choose if your folders come with business card slits. The order form defaults to no slits but you can easily change this option to yes and then select where you would like your slits to be. You can choose to include the business card slits on either the left pocket, right pocket, or one on both pockets.

Can I have a portrait business card holder on my folder?

Yes! You can choose to have your business card slits oriented vertically or horizontally.

What sizes of business cards can fit in the business card slits?

Our business card slits fit standard 3.5” x 2” business cards. If you need slits made in a different size, please submit a custom quote request.
