What should I do if my file size is too large to submit my design through your website?

If you’ve spent a long time perfecting your newest packaging sleeve, catalog, poster, or other product design, and are excited to submit it for printing, it can be disappointing if you run into issues with our submission portal. Most designs can be submitted through our order forms on Greenerprinter.com, however, if your file is extremely large, the site may run into difficulty and be unable to accept your file. This can happen with files that have many large raster images and layers. If this is the case, you can send your file to us via email at csr@greenerprinter.com. If your file is also too large to transfer through email, we can also accept files through a WeTransfer link.

WeTransfer is a simple way to transfer extremely large files. Their service is free, making it perfect for submitting large design files to us for printing. Simply upload your file to WeTransfer and enter our email address (csr@greenerprinter.com) as your intended recipient. WeTransfer will send us an email, from which we will be able to access and download your files. This is the best option for files that are too large to upload to our website or email to us directly.
