High quality and sustainability are two of the most important values here at Greenerprinter. These two ideas come together with our recycled paper stocks. We pride ourselves on our wide range of sustainable recycled papers that you can choose from when producing printed products with us. The best way to experience our recycled papers is by ordering a free paper sample pack.
How Is Recycled Paper Made?
Recycled paper turns old paper into beautiful, new paper. To do this old paper is broken down with water. This coarse pulp is then thoroughly cleaned to remove contaminants like staples, adhesives, dirt, and ink. The pulp is then bleached with eco-friendly hydrogen peroxide and cleaned again to remove any more impurities. After this, the pulp is sent into a paper machine where it runs through a variety of mechanisms that evenly spread the pulp, smooth it down, and press it to remove water. Finally, the recycled paper is dried and cut into sheets. It is now ready to be turned into your next eco-friendly printed product!
